personality;; Harriet is incredibly over-emotional, she simply doesn't have the ability to feel 'ok' or 'fine'. When she's in a good mood, she's lovely to be around and talk with. It's a different story when Harri's in a bad mood; she'll act irrationally and has been described as 'deranged' when having one of her angry episodes. If someone mentions the wrong thing and she is feeling delicate, she'll fly off the handle and probably end up throwing breakable items around the room, not caring if she hits anyone or hurts their feelings. Her personality is quite draining and makes it difficult for others to be around her when she's feeling down about something.
She is incredibly opinionated and will never back down in an argument, even when she is obviously wrong. She can find it difficult to take differing opinions on board and will probably sulk for hours if she loses a dispute.
Harri adores being in a relationship and the feeling of being in love with someone. She is incredibly loving and sweet with her partners, although this can quickly change to clingy and overbearing. She has been known to become obsessive with her boyfriends, following them around the castle to see what they're up to. This is due to her constant feeling of paranoia that people are out to get her, despite there being no reasonable explanation for this.

Harriet was born sixteen years ago on November 7th, the first and only child of Leopold Devin and Sara Mclelland. Leo and Sara had been married from the age of eighteen, a year after graduating from Hogwarts where they had met in their fourth year. The couple had struggled to conceive a child for 2 decades and had given up all hope of expanding their family, until Sara discovered she was pregnant at the age of 42 years old. The couple were worried about having a child at the later stage in their lives, but they quickly adapted to the lifestyle changes and gave little Harriet all the love and attention she required. Some people might say she had too much attention from her parents, given that she turned into quite a demanding little girl.
Her first signs of magical ability appeared at the age of four, having turned the colour of her dolls house to a lovely shade of pink. Harriet had quickly decided that she didn't like the cornflower blue it had previously been. Leopold and Sara were incredibly proud of their daughter, although it had always been expected that she would have developed in her magical abilities with being part of a Pureblood family. Being an only child, she wasn't able to socialise with children of the same age group very often and found it difficult to make friends.
She received her Hogwarts Acceptance letter at the age of 11, Harriet had been incredibly excited to start school and meet some new friends her own age. Upon arriving at the school, she was sorted into the Gryffindor House and she was happy with the decision made the by Sorting Hat. For the first few months at school, she found it rather difficult making friends. . Luckily she was able to make a few new friends by the end of her first year. Harriet has so far enjoyed her time at Hogwarts, her favourite activity being Quidditch. She has developed a reputation for being a serial dater, though she tries not to let this bother her too much.

Jade turned around to face the Groundskeeper after she had answered her question. She admired the barn owl that had answered her call. She had always liked Owls, but admittedly preferred cats a little more than the Intelligent creatures.
She laughed as the Groundskeeper commented about her grandparents worrying about her encountering an Acromantula. “Are there Acromantula's living in the forbidden forest?” She queried with the woman. She could vaguely remember reading about them last year, unsure as to whether they resided so close to the school. It was worrying to think about them being in such close vicinity and hoped that the Headmaster had some sort of security measures in place to stop them coming into the school, if they were indeed living in the forbidden forest.
“Pleased to meet you too.” She added in response to Suspiria's introduction. “I'm Jade Forrester, Hufflepuff student.” As Suspiria whistled, she looked around the Owlery to see if there were any creatures flying or approaching in her direction.
