favorite memory;; Ernie’s favorite day was the day he was adopted a year before he got his Hogwarts letter. He has always lived in an orphanage, but always felt strange. He could do things other people couldn’t do. This family seemed to know exactly what he could do. Not only that, they could do it as well. Finally there were people who didn’t laugh at him when he said some things were like magic.

Even though he’s happy with his family and they see him as their bloodson, he doesn’t feel like he belongs anywhere. He still wonders why his own parents didn’t want him.

history;; Ernie’s life hasn’t been the easiest. He was left at the footsteps of an orphanage when he was only a few months old and grew up knowing something was different about him. Unlike all the other kids he loved to read and play outside, but that wasn’t the weirdest thing. If he focused well enough he could levitate things with his mind.



The kids bullied him for it, and Ernie was an unhappy child until the age of ten, when he was finally adopted by the Douglas family. They took him in as if he was their own son, but the feeling of not belonging remained with Ernie. He could never shake it off, always wondering why his parents didn’t want him.



When he turned 11, he got his letter for Hogwarts, which was a huge relief for him. He finally was able to learn how to control his magic and go to a school where he loved to study. There was only one subject he didn’t like, but that didn’t matter. The rest was great.
