Her name was going to be Lucille, but when her mother died giving birth, her father thought it was only fitting for her to be honored with the name of her mother, Amy. She was raised by her father for about a year, but then he tragically died during the wizard war. She was then given to her aunt, Delihad, to be taken care of. Her aunt closed the ice cream shop, since she couldn't operate it, and thought it would legally be Amy's not hers.
Her entire life, Amy knew that the shop was hers.She couldn't wait to open it up again. Finally,a month after she graduated from Hogwarts, her aunt gave her the key. The shop, having been closed for so long, needed a lot of work. So she used up all the money her father left her in Gringotts bank, which she never touched before, and fixed it up to tip top shape and restored the shelves with plenty of ice cream, since she had always practiced by sneaking into the Hogwarts kitchens late at night.
She is now running the shop every single day, except holidays and enjoying every minute of it{2-3 paragraphs minimum}
